I was so low.
At some point I understood what I had to do.
What if I could see an overview of my whole life, as a gigantic timeline?
Maybe then I would understand what happened, how I got where I was, where I lost track of myself?
If I could get that overview of my life, seeing both the details and the big picture at the same time - zooming in at age 12, scanning through my teens, relationships, hobbies and interests, pets I've had, streets I've lived at, schools and educations I've gone through? That would help me figure myself out!
It took me months to gather the energy, know-how and finally courage to get it all out of my head.
It was a life-changing event doing so!
